Terms and Conditions

  • Introduction

    1. Effective Date: 31.05.2024

    Welcome to checkinn.am ("we," "our," "us"). These Terms and Conditions govern your use of our website https://checkinn.am and the rental of our holiday apartments. You agree to comply with and be bound by these terms by accessing or using our website and services.

          2. Booking and Payment

    2.1 Booking Process:

    • To make a reservation, you must provide accurate personal /ID or Passport/ and payment information.
    • All bookings are subject to availability and confirmation by us.

    2.2 Payment:

    • Full payment is required at the time of booking unless otherwise stated.
    • We accept payment by credit/debit card and other methods as specified on our website.

           3. Cancellations and Refunds

    3.1 Cancellation by You:

    • Cancellations made at least 24 hours before the check-in date will receive a full refund.
    • Cancellations made within 24 hours of the check-in date will be subject to a one-night penalty charge.

    3.2 Cancellation by Us:

    • We reserve the right to cancel your booking in the event of unforeseen circumstances. You will receive a full refund in such cases.

           4. Check-In and Check-Out

    4.1 Check-In:

    • Check-in time is 3:00 PM.
    • Early check-in may be available upon request and subject to availability.

    4.2 Check-Out:

    • Check-out time is 12:00 PM.
    • Late check-out may incur additional charges.

           5.Use of the Property

    5.1 Guest Responsibilities:

    • Guests must use the property for lawful purposes only.
    • Guests are responsible for maintaining the property in good condition and are liable for any damage caused during their stay. For each damaged ITEM you will be charged 200.000 AMD

    5.2 Prohibited Activities:

    • No smoking inside the property. Penalty 100.000 AMD 
    • No pets allowed unless explicitly stated. Penalty 200.000 AMD
    • No parties or events without prior approval. Penalty 300.000 AMD
    • PLEASE don’t wear HEELS on the wood floor.Penalty 400.000 AMD

           6.Liability

    6.1 Limitation of Liability:

    • We are not liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from your use of our website or rental of our properties.
    • Any indirect or direct damages arising from your use of our properties PLEASE CALL US as fast as possible . 

    6.2 Indemnification:

    • You agree to indemnify and hold us harmless from any claims, damages, or expenses arising from your use of the property or breach of these terms.

           7. Governing Law

    These Terms and Conditions are governed by and constructed in accordance with the laws of Armenia, and any disputes will be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of Armenia.

           8. Changes to These Terms and Conditions

    We may update these Terms and Conditions from time to time. We will notify you of any changes by posting the new Terms and Conditions on this page. You are advised to review these Terms and Conditions periodically for any changes.
